Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

4.Add eggs to the mixture one at a time, beating well after each addition.

8.Meanwhile, sift confectioners' sugar over a plate.
9.Coat each cookie in the melted butter and flour mixture, then roll it in the confectioners' sugar until completely coated. Place them back on the parchment paper to set.
