Ingredients

5 ounces small square noodles ( for fleckerl , can use wide egg noodles )
1/2 cabbage
3 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 onion , chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
salt
pepper
1 -2 sausage , sliced thinly ( any kind )

Instructions

1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
2.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
3.Slice the cabbage thinly and set aside.
4.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent.
