4 ounces farmer cheese , grated
ground black pepper

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, beat the quark, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and nutmeg together until well combined.

4.Using a spaetzle maker, press the dough into the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the spaetzle floats to the surface.

6.Add the spaetzle to the skillet and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
7.Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated farmer cheese before serving.
