Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and eggs using a hand mixer until they are well combined and fluffy.
2.Gradually add the cream of wheat, salt, and nutmeg to the bowl while continuing to mix until you have a soft dough.
3.Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
4.Using a teaspoon, scoop small portions of the dough and shape them into balls or dumplings.
5.Bring a pot of water to boil, reduce to low heat and add the dumplings.
6.Let cook for 10-12 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
7.Remove the dumplings from the pot and drain the excess water off before serving.
