1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest , finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup heavy cream
paprika ( optional )
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley ( to serve )
