1/4 liter white wine
1/8 liter port wine

Instructions

6.In a separate pan, heat the lobster meat in the strained liquid for 1-2 minutes.
7.Beat the egg yolks and cream together, then add to the pan with the lobster. Heat through, stirring continuously, then remove from the heat.
8.Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
