Instructions

10.Roll remaining dough into a circle, place on top of filling and crimp edges to seal.
11.Use a knife to cut a few slits on top of crust to allow steam to escape.
12.Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until pie is lightly browned and set in the center.
