1 onion
2 garlic cloves , chopped ( or minced )
1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground pepper ( or to taste )
1 cup cheddar cheese , grated ( or Vasterbotten cheese is also recommended )

Instructions
