1 cup superfine sugar
6 tablespoons golden syrup ( British ) or 6 tablespoons dark corn syrup
3 tablespoons honey
7 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

6.Remove from heat and stir in the butter and peppermint candy until smooth.
7.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for an hour.
8.Take out of the refrigerator and lift the candy from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into 1-inch squares.
9.Wrap each caramel in wax paper and serve.
