8 large squid , cleaned and tentacles removed
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic , chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs and oregano.
4.Stuff each squid with the cheese mixture and close the opening with toothpicks.
5.Sprinkle the squid with salt and pepper then roll them in the bread crumb mixture.
6.In a skillet, melt the butter and add chopped garlic.
7.Brown the stuffed calamari egg side-up in the skillet.
8.Place the calamari on a baking dish covered with aluminum foil.
9.Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the calamari.
10.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
