Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Add dark corn syrup and vanilla and continue to mix until well combined.
4.Combine flour, baking powder, and rolled oats. Gradually add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk, until well combined.
5.Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
6.Once done, let them cool completely on a wire rack.
7.Spread vanilla buttercream frosting on top of each cookie and enjoy!
