Ingredients

1 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups margarine
4 cups milk
4 packages yeast
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
12 cups flour
2 teaspoons bread spices ( optional )

Instructions

1.Start by softening the margarine to create a smooth batter.

4.Pour the flour mixture onto a surface and make a well in the center. Slowly add your liquid ingredients and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
5.Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes and knead it again. Let the dough rise for another hour before returning to it once more. This time, form the dough into small balls.
6.Let the dough rise again for another 30 minutes on your baking tray and then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 450°F.
