Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente and set aside.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cheddar cheese, mashed potatoes, pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
4.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and arrange 5 noodles over the bottom of the dish.

6.Top with the final 5 noodles and set aside.

8.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown.
9.Once the casserole is fully cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes and cut into 12 even portions.
