1 cup cornmeal
10 -12 ounces meaty bacon

1/2 lb feta cheese or 1/2 lb bryndza cheese
1 lb sour cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

6.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
