Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

11.In a saucepan, heat the cream and caster sugar together until the sugar dissolves and the cream comes to a simmer.
12.Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until melted and combined.
13.Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
14.Remove the cake from the tin and place it onto a wire rack.
15.Pour the ganache over the top of the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides.
16.Decorate the top of the cake with the roasted hazelnuts.
