1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup dry white wine or 3/4 cup broth
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon water
