Ingredients

2 frying chicken , cut up
3 tablespoons butter
2 large onions , peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves , crushed
2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
pepper ( to taste )
2 -3 tablespoons flour
2 cups sour cream , at room temperature
1 pint heavy cream

Instructions

1.In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
