The dough is made from potatoes, flour, yeast, and salt, which are combined to create a dough that is left to rise before being fried in hot oil. Langos can be served with a variety of toppings, like sour cream, garlic, and cheese, or sweet toppings like Nutella and fruit.

Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes until soft and then peel and mash them.
2.In a bowl, combine the warm milk and sugar, then dissolve the yeast in the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3.In another bowl, mix the flour and salt together, then add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
4.Cover and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
5.Preheat the oil to 375°F (190°C)
6.Press the dough into circles, then fry each circle until golden brown, turning them over to fry the other side as well.
