2 jars Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 pound shrimp , peeled and deveined
1 pound bay scallops
1 pound imitation crabmeat , chopped
20 ounces ricotta cheese
1 egg
black pepper
6 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in the boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain.
3.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms are tender. Stir in pasta sauce, shrimp, scallops, and imitation crabmeat.
4.In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and black pepper. Set aside.
5.Spread about 1/4 cup of the pasta sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place 4 noodles over the sauce. Spread another 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture over the noodles. Spread about 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over the sauce, and sprinkle with 1 cup of the Italian cheese blend. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
6.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
