Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

8.Cut thin slices of potatoes in a bowl, add some salt, and stir gently.
9.Fill a large pot with oil and heat over medium-high flame. Then dip the potato slices into the batter, shaking off any excess, then carefully drop into the oil and fry until golden brown. Repeat until all slices have been fried.
