Ingredients

2 1/2 cups white wine ( Chardonnay , Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc are all good choices )
6 white pearl onions , peeled
2 ounces butter , kneaded into
1/2 cup all-purpose flour , until smooth

Instructions
