110 g golden granulated sugar
50 lavender flowers
300 ml water

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, bring the sugar, lavender flowers and water to a boil over medium heat.

4.Strain the lavender syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the flowers to extract all the liquid.
5.Stir in the lemon juice.
6.Pour the lavender cordial into a sterilized bottle and store in the fridge for up to a week.
