3 sheets leaves gelatin
400 ml lemonade
175 ml pimm 's no 1 gin
1/2 lemon , juice of
1/2 lime , juice of
284 ml double cream
2 tablespoons caster sugar
3 oranges
250 g strawberries , hulled
mint sprig , to decorate

Instructions

1.Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for 10 minutes.

4.Mix the dissolved gelatin mixture back into the lemonade mixture and stir well.
5.Pour the mixture into six jelly molds and place them in the fridge for about 2 hours to set.
6.Peel the oranges and cut them into segments, then slice the strawberries in half.
7.Beat the cream and caster sugar until it is the consistency of thick yogurt.
8.Serve the jellies with the cream, orange segments, strawberries, and mint sprig on top.
