Ingredients

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 160°C and heat the oil in a large ovenproof casserole dish.
2.Add sausages and brown them over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
3.Remove the sausages from the casserole dish and add onions and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
4.Add the tomatoes along with the juice, chickpeas, red kidney beans, beef stock, Tabasco sauce, and tomato puree.
5.Stir in the sausage and bring to the boil.
6.Cover the casserole dish and bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
7.Mix cornflour with water and stir it into the casserole dish to thicken the sauce. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens.
