Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190C)
2.Remove stems and gills from the portobello mushrooms and clean.

5.Place the mushrooms into the baking dish in a single layer.
6.Spoon the vermouth mixture over each mushroom, making sure to get some into the center where the stem used to be.
7.Sprinkle the cheese on top of each mushroom.
8.Drizzle a bit more olive oil over the top.
9.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10.Serve hot with fresh crusty bread.
