Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes , peeled and sliced into 1cm thick slices
1 large celeriac , peeled and sliced into 1cm thick slices ( about 1 1/2 lbs )
1 large onion , thinly sliced
kosher salt or sea salt
ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves , minced
2/3 cup grated white cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup full fat sour cream
2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
