Ingredients

1 package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
1 package French vanilla pudding mix
1 sponge cakes or 10 ladyfingers
1 can peach slices in heavy syrup
1 can sliced pears in heavy syrup
1 pint strawberries or package frozen strawberries
1 carton Cool Whip
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup brandy ( optional )
This Yummy Strawberry Trifle is a classic dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It's a delightful combination of fruits, pudding and Jell-O that complement each other perfectly. Easy to make, and can be prepared ahead of time. It's a perfect summer dessert that can be served cold.

Instructions

1.Add strawberry Jell-O dessert mix to boiling water and stir until dissolved. Let it cool.
2.Chill canned peaches and pears in the fridge for at least an hour.
3.Prepare French vanilla pudding mix as per instructions on the box.
4.Cut the sponge cake or ladyfingers into small pieces and place them on the bottom of a large glass bowl.
5.Add canned peaches and pears (slice them into small pieces) as a second layer on top of the cake.
6.Pour the strawberry Jell-O over the second layer.
7.Now add French vanilla pudding as a third layer.
8.Preheat oven to 350 F, toast chopped walnuts for 5-7 minutes or till you get a nutty aroma. Let them cool. If you want, sprinkle or pour some brandy over the cake at this stage.
9.Add the chopped strawberries over the pudding layer as the final layer.
10.Spread Cool Whip on top of the strawberries.
11.Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
12.Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
