12 ounces suet , shredded
1 cup milk
2 ounces oatmeal
3 medium onions , peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

3.Pour the mixture into a prepared sausage casing, tying off the ends.
