Ingredients

1 ounce butter
1 medium onion , diced
3 medium carrots , diced
2 medium potatoes , diced
10 1/2 ounces turnips , diced
1 celery rib , diced
3 cups chicken stock
6 garlic cloves , roasted in skin in the over still soft
4 teaspoons honey
salt & pepper

Instructions
