Ingredients

6 ounces smoked haddock
1 cup milk
1/2 ounce all-purpose flour
1 ounce grated cheese , strong hard
1 egg ( separated into white and yolk )
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
4 slices of buttered wheat toast

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

7.Flake the smoked haddock to the sauce.
8.Toast the slices of bread. Add the mixture to the top and grill until golden.
