Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a small bowl, mix together dry mustard, vinegar, sugar and egg yolk until well blended.
3.Set aside half of the mixture for later.
4.On a floured surface, roll out each frozen patty shell.
5.Divide sausage meat into 6 equal parts and form each into a small patty.
6.Place 1 sausage patty in the center of each rolled-out patty shell and roll up into a crescent shape.
7.Place the crescents on a lined baking sheet with the pointed end underneath and bake for 10 minutes.
8.After 10 minutes, take the crescents out of the oven and brush the remaining mustard mixture on top of each crescent.
9.Return the crescents to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
