1/2 lb unsalted butter
2 ounces caster sugar or 2 ounces superfine sugar ( superfine sugar )
2 ounces confectioners ' sugar
1/4 lb flour
2 ounces slivered almonds
2 ounces citrus peels

This bread is made with a simple mixture of unsalted butter, sugar, flour, slivered almonds, and citrus peel. The resulting dough is rolled out and cut into desired shapes before baking. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F.
2.Soften the butter in a mixing bowl.
3.Add caster sugar, confectioners' sugar, flour, almonds and citrus peel.
4.Mix thoroughly to create dough.
5.Roll out the dough.
6.Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into desired shapes.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
