1 large marrow , about 1 . 5 kg ( Zucchini )
500 g minced beef
2 medium onions , peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves , peeled and minced
1/2 large red pepper , deseeded and finely chopped
1 tomatoes , skinned and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt
black pepper
fresh parsley , to garnish
oil , to grease
aluminum foil

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut off the top of the marrow and scoop out the seeds.
3.In a frying pan, cook the minced beef over medium heat until browned.
4.Add the onions, garlic, red pepper, and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
5.Add parsley, tomato puree, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
6.Fill the marrow with the beef mixture.

8.Grease a baking dish with oil and place the marrow in it. Cover it with aluminum foil.
9.Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
