Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest.
3.Add the dried cherries, dried blueberries, and dried cranberries and stir well.
4.Pour 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir quickly with a wooden spoon to pull together a dough.
5.Pat the dough into a 3/4-inch thick disc shape. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into 8 triangles.
6.Place each triangle on the baking tray, brush the top with the remaining heavy cream.
