Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
3.Add in the icing sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.

5.Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, beating on low speed until the dough comes together.

7.Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
9.Allow to cool for a few minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
