Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F
2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, and sugar until frothy.
3.Add sifted flour and cardamom, whisk until well combined.
4.Grease a mini muffin pan, fill each mold 3/4 full with the batter.
5.Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
6.Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
