3 tablespoons marmalade

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges.
3.In a saucepan, combine the apple slices, granulated sugar, water, ground cinnamon, and lemon zest. Cook over low heat until the apples soften slightly and the liquid thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
