Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine oatmeal and salt.
2.Gradually stir in milk until a thick batter forms.
3.Pour batter into a greased pudding mold.
4.Cover the mold with aluminum foil and fasten with kitchen twine.
5.Place the mold in a large pot.
6.Pour hot water into the pot, making sure it reaches halfway up the sides of the mold.
7.Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
