1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 355F (180C)
2.Whip together the cream and eggs until well combined
3.Gradually whisk in sugar, then sift in flour and cardamom
4.Pour mixture into greased muffin tins, filling each halfway
5.Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
6.Let cakes cool before removing from tin and serving
