2 lbs apples , peeled , cored , cubed
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, combine the cubed apples and water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

3.Remove from heat and mash the apples with a fork or potato masher.
4.Stir in the white wine and sugar.
