Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a medium bowl, mix the oatmeal and salt together until well combined.
3.Slowly pour in the milk, using a whisk to mix everything together.
4.Grease a pudding mold and add the oatmeal mixture to it.
5.Cover with a lid or aluminum foil, and place in a large deep dish. Pour water into the dish until it halfway covers the mold.
6.Steam in the oven for about 3 hours or until cooked through.
7.Remove from the oven and carefully remove the mold from the hot water. Serve hot with your favorite topping!
