1/4 cup water | |
2 tablespoons white wine | |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1. | In a saucepan, bring the apples, water, white wine, and sugar to a boil. |
2. | Lower the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are soft. |
3. | Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth. |
