Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
2.Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

4.Pour the mixture into 12 greased muffin cups.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
6.Allow to cool completely before removing from muffin cups.
7.Whip the cream until firm peaks form.
