1/2 cup icing sugar ( confectioners )
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
additional icing sugar , for dusting

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2.Grease a 9x9-inch square baking pan.
3.In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and icing sugar together until light and fluffy.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture until well combined.
