4 shortbread cookies
4 -6 teaspoons raspberry jam
4 tablespoons cream cheese
4 tablespoons creme fraiche
2 tablespoons Scotch whisky
2 tablespoons heather honey
frozen raspberries , about 6 to 8 per pot
2 shortbread cookies , broken into quarters
Celebrate Burns Night with these rich and indulgent Raspberry Whisky Cream Pots, a modern twist on the traditional cranachan dessert. Instructions

1.Crumble one shortbread cookie into the bottom of each pot.
2.Add 1-1.5 teaspoons of raspberry jam to each pot over the cookie crumbs.
3.In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, creme fraiche, whisky and heather honey and mix together until smooth.
4.Spoon a layer of the whisky cream over the raspberry jam in each pot.
5.Top the whisky cream with a handful of frozen raspberries and a few quarters of shortbread cookie.
6.Cover and chill the pots in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
