4 cups sweetened flaked coconut | |
2 cups all-purpose flour | |
9 tablespoons sugar | |
1 teaspoon salt | |
1 cup unsalted butter , room temperature | |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1. | Preheat oven to 325°F. |
2. | Mix coconut, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. |
3. | Add butter and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. |
4. | Press the mixture into a baking dish (9x13 inch) and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. |
5. | Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy! |
