2 cups all-purpose flour , sifted twice
1/2 cup powdered sugar , sifted with flour

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.Using an electric mixer, cream the butter until light and fluffy.

4.Put the mixture into an 8-inch (20cm) square baking dish and press it down evenly.
5.Pierce the mixture with a fork all over, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
