1 lb butter ( no substitutions )
1 cup white sugar , & 4 tbsp
4 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons rice flour
1 nut Crisco ( approx 1 tsp )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, 1 cup of white sugar, and 4 tablespoons of sugar until fluffy.
3.Slowly add in all-purpose flour and rice flour, mixing until well blended.
4.Press mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
5.Prick the surface with a fork and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
6.Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
7.Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
