1 - 1 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam ( or your favorite flavor )

Instructions

1.Melt the unsweetened chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
2.Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3.Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate.
4.Stir in the flour, salt, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
5.Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and roll them into balls.
6.Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and press a deep well in the center of each.
7.Fill each well with about a teaspoon of raspberry jam.
8.Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
9.Allow the cookies to cool, then drizzle with melted white and milk chocolate. Enjoy!
