2 pork tenderloin

1 tart apple , chopped
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F
2.Cut slits into the pork tenderloins and stuff each with 6 prunes and chopped apples
3.Season with salt and pepper
